Spareribs

Ingredients

2 racks pork spareribs (about 3 lbs each)
1 Tbsp sea salt
1 Tbsp garlic salt
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Chone Shake
4 Fresh Rosemary sprigs
4 Tbsp Chone Red Hot Sauce
How to Make It

Add the salt, sugar and Chone Shake to a bowl, mix it and make a dry rub
Apply the rub to the spareribs
Put spareribs on a preheated grill bone side down over indirect heat
Add Rosemary to the smoker tray
Close BBQ and cook over indirect heat for 2 hours
Open grill and baste the meat side of the spareribs with Red Chone Hot Sauce
Flip the rack and cook meat side down over medium heat for 5 minutes
While cooking, baste the bone side with Red Chone Hot Sauce
Flip the rack, and cook for 5 minutes bone side down
Remove spareribs from the grill and let stand for 5 minutes
Serve hot with additional Red Chone to taste.
