Spicy Ceviche

Ingredients

1 pound @ocwildseafood fresh sea bass
4 limes
2 @jay_and_sons_farms oranges
1 Tbsp sea salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 white onion
2 heirloom tomatoes
1 cup cilantro
3 Chonegrown Yellow Manzano peppers
1 Chonegrown Trinidad Moruga Scorpion Pepper
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp Chone Scorpion Sunrise Seasonal Hot Sauce
How to Make It

Cut the sea bass into bite sized cubes and put in a bowl
Juice the 3 limes and the oranges and add to the bowl with the fish
Add the salt and black pepper to the bowl
Put the bowl in the fridge, and let the fish marinate for 3 hours
Dice the tomato, onion, cilantro and peppers, and put in a separate bowl
Juice the 4th lime and add to the bowl with the diced ingredients
Add the olive oil and Scorpion Sunrise Hot Sauce
Drain the liquid from the bowl with the fish (leaving a bit of juice)
Add the contents of the fish bowl to the bowl with other ingredients and stir
Serve with tortilla chips
