Ingredients

4 lbs meat (chicken, pork, or plant based)
4 Tbsp Chone Tangelo 2018 Seasonal Hot Sauce
4 Tbsp avocado oil
2 Tbsp sea salt
8 Tbsp @sevenhappyseeds Vindaloo Spice
1 Tbsp ground ginger
14 cloves of garlic, minced
1 red onion, finely chopped
2 white onions, finely chopped
3 cans of 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
4 Tbsp natural turbinado sugar
1 cup water


How to Make It

Marinate meat in the Chone, oil and salt in fridge overnight
Add marinated meat and residual marinade to a large crockpot
Add the remaining ingredients to Crock Pot
Cook on high for 7 hours
Shred the cooked meat within the Crock Pot, and allow it to absorb juices
Serve hot Chone Vindaloo over basmati rice
