Chone Barearse Limey Seasonal Hot Sauce - 2026, 5 oz

The Bearss Limes in Uncle Davey's Citrus Grove are going off this year, and we plucked a bunch for a new batch of our Barearse Limey Seasonal Hot Sauce! We used the whole lime, including the zest in this blend, giving the sauce a strong limey aroma, a wild green color, and a thick texture. The locally grown lime induces an immediate pucker as it hits your tongue. Ripe Green Thai chile brings an enjoyable heat, and puts its intensity in the lower mid range of our sauces. Yellow Chone Peppers create a complex peppery finish. Like all of our sauces, there are no gums, sugars, or extracts.
