Having a crisp citrusy aroma and orange color, this Seasonal blend is a delight to the senses. Cara Cara is a low acid fruit, so we used the zest as well as the flesh to add depth. The result is a subtle sweet orange flavor that lasts through the entire tasting experience. Adding Reapers last year was a big hit, so we did the same this year! As you appreciate the Cara Cara's complexity, your mouth gets a double hit of capsaicin, first from Red Thai Peppers, and then from Chone Grown Ghost and Reaper Peppers.
