Dried and ground hot pepper flakes. A blend of 4 different types of chiles. Customers love our original Shake because it is hotter and tastier than pizza parlor pepper flake, and it's all natural with no fillers - just hot peppers. However, we have customers that want a little variety! Uncle Davey had a bumper crop of Aji Lemon Drops, and we used these instead of Chipotle. The result is a unique limited edition version of our hot pepper flakes! Handcrafted for those customers who want a citrus forward non-smokey variation to our Classic Shake. Lemon Drop peppers give this flake a Peruvian inspired, tropical flavor with plenty of heat. Great on ceviche, beef and chicken. Comes in a 3 oz shake jar!
