Chone Syrahcha Seasonal Hot Sauce - 2023, 5 oz

The California grape harvest is winding down, and we picked up some of the season's sweetest Crimson Seedless variety at Dana Point's Farmers' Market for our new Seasonal Hot Sauce! The addition of abundant amounts of reduced Syrah (0% ABV) from Uncle Davey, give the sauce a deep red color and subtle oak cask aroma. Locally grown grapes combine with the Syrah to produce a tangy fruit forward flavor, followed by a mellow tannin induced transition to sweetness. Ripe Fresno Peppers and heavy California garlic generate a classic sriracha background. Habaneros add heat, while Yellow Chone Peppers create a complex peppery finish. Like all of our sauces, there are no gums, sugars, or extracts. We rely on natural, fresh, high quality ingredients to create this extraordinary California Riviera hot sauce. Gotcha! It's Syrahcha!
