Chone Tangerine, Tangerine Seasonal Hot Sauce, 5 oz

We picked up these beautiful Page Tangerines at the Dana Point Farmers' Market, and used them to create our newest Seasonal Hot Sauce. The whole fruit, including the rind was added to the blend, giving the sauce a marmalade aroma and beautiful orange color. California grown Tangerines bring a bright and crisp flavor while capturing the chile's capsaicin and releasing it slowly . Red Fresno peppers add sweetness, and Habanero peppers infuse fruitiness and heat. Like all of our products, there are no gums, sugars, or extracts.
