Chone Syrahcha Seasonal Hot Sauce - 2026, 5 oz

The California grape harvest has ended for the year, and we scored more than a bunch of the last Crimson Seedless variety available at Dana Point's Farmers' Market for our new Seasonal Hot Sauce! The addition of copious amounts of reduced Syrah (0% ABV) from Brother David, give the sauce a deep red color and subtle oak cask aroma. Locally grown grapes combine with the Syrah to produce a tangy fruit forward flavor, followed by a mellow tannin induced transition to sweetness. Ripe Fresno Peppers and heavy California garlic produce a classic sriracha background. Habaneros add some heat, while Yellow Chone Peppers create a complex peppery finish. Like all of our sauces, there are no gums, sugars, or extracts. We rely on natural, fresh, high quality ingredients to create this extraordinary California Riviera hot sauce.
